Pizza Del Barrio makes the best pizzas in the area, using quality, fresh ingredients in their kitchen. Formerly known as Purple Garlic Pizza Brothers.

Pizzas are for pick-up or delivery (no in-restaurant dining available).

The pizzas are everything you’d expect in a great pie: a crispy-but-chewy crust, a balanced garlicky tomato sauce, and the taste of real Italian mozzarella cheese.

There are 13 pizza on the menu from the standby plain cheese and Hawaiian to more adventurous combinations.

Owner Javi Vera Araujo spent some years working at a pizzeria in North Carolina before opening his restaurant, Purple Garlic Pizza Brothers, in Ajijic. After a name and location change or two, he’s now operating as Pizza Del Barrio in Chapala.
