Salvador Borrayo Martínez is the optometrist at Lakeside Optometry, with a degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.

Exams run $100 pesos and many of the frames are the budget type between $250-$1,000. As of the end of 2018, Lakeside Optometry is selling some higher quality brand name frames, too.

Though the office is open all afternoon, eye exams are available only after 4 p.m. Monday-Friday (and all day Saturday).

Walk-ins are welcome, but best to call ahead or email to make an appointment.
