Plazapato Shoes For Life

Plazapato Shoes For Life, located at the Ajijic plaza, sells men’s and women’s shoes, sneakers, sandals and boots from four Mexican shoe brands.

Most of their stock is dedicated to Flexi shoes, which are made from quality leather and are quite comfortable. Their soles are stiff and help with managing the cobblestones around town.

Plazapato also sells sneakers by Quirelli, Pirma, and Panam, all brands from Mexico.

Plazapato is owned by Roberto Serrano, the president of the Huarachess Ches Club. “Huarachess” is a play on words with “huaraches,” which are the famous leather Mexican sandals.
